Handling and Delivery Times

Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping through UPS. The rates for expedited shipping will be visible during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, the carrier is responsible for covering the loss or damage. Please report any lost or damaged shipments to us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

We do not have any shipping restrictions on the items listed in our online store. All items are eligible for shipping within Nigeria.
Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. All orders will be shipped using the carriers mentioned above.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Truth on Canvas, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your artwork or journal, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame: You may return or exchange artwork within three days of receiving your order. You may return journals within five days of receiving your order.

Condition: Each item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of damage or alteration. It must be securely packaged in the original or similar protective materials to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@truthoncanvas.com or 0704-512-0513 within two days of receiving your artwork to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).

Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item in its original packaging or similar protective materials. Use a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to return the item to us.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges

Initiate an Exchange: If you wish to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please get in touch with our customer service team within two days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the artwork you wish to exchange.

Return and Selection: Follow the return process to send back the original artwork. Once we receive and inspect it, we will assist you in selecting a new piece. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items

Report Damage: If your artwork or journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at damaged@truthoncanvas.com or 0704-512-0513 with photos and your order number. If you notice any damage marks on the packaging, please notify the carrier immediately without accepting the shipment, or take photos if you have already signed up for the package.

Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This may include a replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the artwork.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged or defective.

Refund of Shipping Costs: If your return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will refund the original shipping cost along with the cost of the artwork.
